Transform your social enterprise idea into reality with Impact Hackathon

The hackathon will take place online via Zoom from April 3rd to 17th 2025. Applications are open until March 28, 2025.

If you have an idea for a social enterprise that you’ve been itching to turn into reality, you are based in Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg or Estonia and looking for an opportunity to take your business idea to the next level, then Impact Hackathon is the place to transform your idea into reality.


Impact Hackathon is a two-week virtual event that brings together aspiring social entrepreneurs from across the Europe to develop early-stage business ideas with a social impact. The hackathon takes place from April 3rd to April 17th 2025, is completely virtual and will take place online via Zoom.


During the two-week hackathon, each team will have their own mentor who will help with anything that you need during the 2 weeks. Participants will also have the opportunity to participate in different workshops to get a good start for their enterprise. In the first week, there will be workshops on market research, business plan and prototyping, while the second week will focus on marketing, sales, and pitching.

Impact Hackathon is organised by The European Social Innovation Alliance. The lead partner is Social Enterprise Estonia, with co-organisers being the social innovation competence centres of Estonia, Germany, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Impact Hackathon is co-funded by the European Union as part of the ESF+ Social Innovation+ Initiative.
